The vast majority of clients that are introduced to the Hi Group have gone all the way through to step 5 of our 5 step process. Only a small minority of clients have chosen not to proceed and in most cases we find that this is due to a combination of fear, procrastination and complacency. Interesting feedback from those of our clients that did not proceed, is that despite their indecision, they have come away from the experience feeling better equipped and more knowledgeable on the subject of their finances. They further acknowledge that it would only be a matter of time before they feel constrained if not compelled to begin to implement the strategies that were presented to them. We therefore seek to maintain an ongoing relationship with all of our clients and make ourselves available as a resource to them and are ready to assist as and when their circumstances change.
